Shipping & Delivery

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Custom or bulk orders may require additional time.

• Delivery Methods: We offer standard and express shipping options via Australia Post.
  To comply with Australia Post shipping, all orders containing live insects must be sent via express post.

• Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and order contents. Free shipping may apply to qualifying orders.

• Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

• International Orders: We currently ship within Australia. For international inquiries, please contact us directly.

• Pickup available: SATURDAYS ONLY
  • From 7 Murtho Road, Paringa, SA 5340 (The Black Stump), between 10 am and 4 pm.
  • Have your order number with you- ring the doorbell on arrival- we will bring your order out to you.
  • Orders must be paid in full prior to pickup.
